Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days after processing.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at shopboujeebaskets@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
