At Boujee Basket Co., we take great pride in the quality and presentation of every basket we create. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable and customized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at shopboujeebaskets@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damage or incorrect item so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel orders as they may already be in production or processing.
